7. By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The rules of the Competition and how to enter are as follows: Sign up to the NFSA’s weekly What’s On newsletter and provide your contact details to enter the Competition for a chance to win two (2) Arc Cinema tickets to an NFSA screening in 2026 of the winner's choice. Valued at $36. Excludes special events.
9. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries received from the same entrant will be disqualified.
10. The Closing Date for entering the Competition is Monday 24 August 2026, 12pm Canberra Time. Competition entries not received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date will be immediately disqualified.
11. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any Competition entries that are not received by the Closing Date for any reason.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend the Competition, the Prize, and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
13. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third-party entity associated or connected with this Competition.
14. Prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, and no cash or alternatives will be offered by the Promoter.
15. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received and verified by the Promoter or its agents.
16. 16. The winners will be notified by email or phone within 24hrs of the Closing Date subject to their nominated primary contact address at the time of Competition entry.
17. Winners are required to claim their Prize by return message within 48hrs of notification.
18. If a winner cannot be contacted on the contact details provided in their Competition entry or they do not claim the Prize within 48hrs of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and randomly select a replacement winner.
19. The Promoter’s discretion in respect of all matters relating to the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. By entering this Competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
21. The Competition and its terms and conditions contained herein are governed by Australian law and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
